Shipping:
Shipping cost is $9 flat rate for USPS priority mail. Orders are processed Monday – Friday and are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service.
International Shipping
Shipping cost will vary ( around $16) This option does not come with tracking outside the USA. We ship USPS First Class Mail. It usually takes 6-10 days (They are no guarantees. Once it leaves the USA it is out of our hands. Unless you choose the higher cost shipping that comes with an international tracking number) We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service. Tracked shipping options are available for a higher cost. Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
We want you to love your item as much as we do. If you are not satisfied, please return it to us unworn, in the condition you received it, with all tags attached. Items returned within 10 days will be refunded, minus shipping charges.For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Clearance items (items marked down 50% or more) and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item was shipped incorrectly, please let us know so we can arrange return shipping and get you the correct item as soon as possible. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
